It must make millions of other like-minded people feel that way; the Kinect has made the Guiness Book of World Records, after all. Plus, La Roux backing up the soundtrack makes it as addictive as candy.
The marketing is certainly up to par with the innovation in its hardware. Semiconductors, IR, source localization, feature extraction: this list is to a techie what a dessert menu is to a woman on the Dukan Diet.
